I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in report analysis, monitoring, and evaluation, coupled with comprehensive experience in strategic planning across diverse fields. My active engagement in community and organizational roles highlights my commitment to making a positive impact. Currently, I serve as a General Member at RACE-Nepal, contributing to the endeavors of Narayani FM 103.8 MHZ Birgunj. Additionally, I hold the pivotal position of Province Coordinator for both Tanneri Chaso and Contribution to the Nation, allowing me to play a crucial role in regional development and social initiatives.
In recognition of my dedication to human rights and social justice, I have undertaken the role of Secretary at the Human Rights Organization of Nepal (HURON) Parsa. Furthermore, I serve as the District Coordinator for the Youth Campaign for Accountability Parsa, where I advocate for transparency and accountability.
My commitment extends beyond community involvement as I also hold the esteemed position of a Board Member at the NRCS District Chapter Parsa, contributing to the development and well-being of the local community.

During my professional journey, I have held various significant roles:
At Hamro Abhiyan, Parsa, as the Executive Director (E.D.) since January 2019, my responsibilities have encompassed coordinating with donors and partners, overseeing the project team, managing training and workshops, preparing comprehensive reports, and actively engaging with local governments.
During my tenure as the Executive Director (E.D.) at Bikash Nepal, Parsa from January 2017 to December 2018, I successfully coordinated with donors and partners, provided supervision and guidance to the project team, organized and managed training sessions and workshops, prepared detailed reports, and collaborated with local governmental bodies.
At UNDP, where I served as a Senior Community Security Facilitator from October 2014 to June 2016, my role involved conducting interviews and consultations to gather vital community insights. I also facilitated community security planning, established essential liaisons with stakeholders, supported various awareness and prevention activities, and played a crucial part in early warning and response efforts.
During my time as a Program Coordinator at Bikash Nepal, Parsa, spanning from January 2011 to October 2014, I excelled in coordinating with ASD/OSF, supervising the project team, managing training programs and workshops, meticulously preparing reports, and closely monitoring the implementation of CAS (Accountability in Schools) initiatives.
As the Program Coordinator at Sarbotam Youth Club from August 2010 to December 2010, I coordinated closely with the International Labour Organization (ILO), overseeing the project team, efficiently managing training and workshops, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring seamless coordination with local agencies for Village Development Committee (VDC) planning.
Lastly, during my role as a Program Assistant at SODCC, Bara from January 2010 to July 2010, I played a pivotal role by assisting the Project Coordinator in documentation tasks, actively contributing to the capacity-building of Field Supervisors, and meticulously preparing project reports and essential documents.
